Okay so I'll start with the things I like <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/let…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="395" title=" (Lick)"/>
The colors, most specifically on the dress
Reflective light is nice, and i like how the trim on the upper part of the dress has folds into it making it look more believable and adding a sense of fabric onto it.
Another thing I like is how the cloth shes holding starts to fade out of focus, looks cool and creates a little bit of flow that leads the eye back to her face.
I also like the expression on her face and as Sefikichi mentioned she does have some sassiness haha
Onto other things though! I do notice the anatomy on the upper body is off
The deltoid (shoulder muscle) is kind of distorted and also the torso is a little bit too wide, the muscles don't really fit.. there isn't one definite problem
It's just a little bit of everything
Here's what I mean 0:

I know the pose is a little different, my rendition of the body is just kinda blankly standing there but I believe it still illustrates a point!
The muscles/anatomy is what forms the shape of the body, that's why a lot of people say knowing it is vital, even if you only know simplified forms
And I agree, it does help!
Here's a few things that have helped me, actually!

I recommend drawing along with these, saving what you make, and using it for reference when you're having some trouble
If you're anything like me I know these things might seem a bit too over the top or overwhelming, but they really do help in the long run and once you start it's not as complicated as it seems. Things start to make sense about how they work together and you might start even recognizing some things from real people you didn't see before.
The biggest thing in my opinion is you just have to think about these things and how things connect while drawing!
They also have a ton of other helpful stuff if you end up checking out those youtube links.
Hope I helped
I look forward to future art from you!
